SHIPPING METHODS
At Sheppard Brackets, we are pleased to offer our customers free ground shipping for all purchases of floating shelf brackets and other floating shelf hardware. We work hard to get your bracket order shipped out from our location in Menan, Idaho within 2-3 business days of your order. All items are in stock and ready to ship. If you would like your order expedited or if you prefer a specific carrier, please message us. We also offer expedited shipping as an option during checkout. Rates are subject to change based on location.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Sheppard Brackets, we are thrilled to offer our customers no-hassle returns and exchanges. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you decide to cancel your order, please contact us and we will take care of it. If you have a return, it must be done within 30 days of purchase. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
With returns/exchanges, we do ask that you pay for shipping.
